Back in 1993 I think my Sunbird was a pretty (mediocre ) sweet ride for middle america. When it was new it must have been a glossy black with a rad red stripe, two door coupe, super bright headlights, accent lit interior, volume control radio that gently raises the volume when you turn it on so your ears don't explode, tape deck, ABS, 6 programmable radio stations.......... and the list goes on. I got it from a dear sweet old lady that did not want it anymore. If I remember correctly I've had it since October of 2006.

Now in November of 2009 it is a piece of overheating-head-gasket-leaking-junk. Poor thing. Its worn out. I love it so, but soon I must let it go.

I need a new car. I want it to be shiny. The one at the top of my list right now is the 2009/2010 Nissan Versa Sedan S. I want to get myself a good car. I want to believe I deserve to have a good car. A shiny car. new or gently used. Why? because its cute. Any other suggestions? Commiserations? Expressions of hope and goodwill and positive energy in my general direction? I do hope someone responds. friends and well wishers welcome.
